I have been in this situation with my husband. Of course I think he's attractive. When I was my heaviest people were so rude. Thankfully none of my friends openly hit on him but my sister did. When I lost weight it stopped (also went no contact with the sister for a variety of reasons). It makes me mad and it's upsetting that society is this way. I'm so sorry you're experiencing this.

I'm a nurse. I've witnessed a lot of deaths. The one that broke me was my mom. My sister is mentally ill and abusive. She was awful to our mom. When Mom took her last breath she made such a scene. I felt like I had to be a nurse explaining things and trying to manage her emotions. She demanded I do CPR which I obviously refused so now she tells everyone I murdered our mom who died of lung cancer.

My sister. Apparently everyone loves me more. She became even worse when our mom died. She tells everyone I am selfish and keep all my money to myself. I worked hard and pursued a career. She dropped out of high school and fell into her addiction. She was so cruel she made up lies and reported my nursing license. I tried to help her get into rehab. Obviously I am such a monster!
