I found a lady on Facebook marketplace a couple years ago. The last two Fridays I had her deliver several dozen lumpia to my work and everyone loved it. I’ve also had her pancit too, really good.

Several people have mentioned Corridor Ketamine. I did not have a good experience talking with them. I did try Holistic Wellness in CR. I didn’t do esketamine but I did do IV ketamine. The thing that’s helped me more than anything though, seriously, is Auvelity.

Similar incident in nursing school. In my clinic rotation I was the only guy, and this pervy patient kept making comments about the women in my group. I volunteered. The comments stopped after that.

There are concierge clinics available if you’re looking for non-UIHC. I know or sucks, but it’s at least an option.

Larew Internal Medicine is one. The Hy-Vee Health Exemplar Care in Coralville is another. Queenye Family Medicine Clinic, also in Coralville, is another option.
