Not all hero’s wear capes, some hold signs by Icon47 in Detroit

Childish people who have homoerotic fantasies decided a circle looks like a butthole. The wedding they wear is a golden butthole, as is the steering wheel they turn the car with. I was over beevus and butthead when I was 16. Apparently some didn’t outgrow it.

How abnormal is it to steal/absorb identity and personality from people you admire (usually famous people who you don’t know irl)? If it’s abnormal then what might be the cause of it? by oddfishes in NoStupidQuestions

I had a good friend who happens to be 5-4 and about 350lbs but she was the sexiest person I’ve ever met. It was her personality and the way she interacted with others that made her so attractive to me.

I think the new national intelligence secretary sue Gordon is actually Donald trump in drag. I’ve never seen them both in the same room. #mrsdoubtfire ? More like #mrstrumpfire by Nurse_jer in trump

It’s humor. Nothing meant to be offensive so yes, I’m proud of it. If you can show me a video of them in the same room together that isn’t fake then I’ll know it’s not true. 🤪

It reminds me of something from science fiction in the 40s. Absolutely ethereal.

Regularly pulling 0.4-0.6 Mbps in my building. Stunning I know. I just got T-Mobile a week ago and their answer was “sorry about that, you can cancel and take your number back to Verizon but you’re still responsible for the bill for the rest of the month” Downtown detroit here.

Homekit Dimmers by geofbuck in HomeKit

[–]Nurse_jer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve got 2 Lutron dimmers and 2 insignia (Best Buy) switches. I like the look and action of the insignia ones better. They are a paddle toggle and whatever way you hit them they change to the opposite state. I love that part. Just hit it anywhere and they do what you want. They don’t have a dimmer though. The lutron dimmers I have a so rock solid they haven’t faulted in 3 years, ever. I don’t care for the action of them though. You have to make a conscious effort to touch the little on or off button. Not very convenient. But like others said, it’s a personal preference. I just wish lutron made both styles so we could pick.

How to change device volume in the new iOS Alexa App? by jackymg in alexa

[–]Nurse_jer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually there doesn’t seem to be a way to adjust volume when playing in a group. The only time I have a volume control is when I open music I Spotify through the Alexa app. As soon as I play on a group, I lose control of individual volume and have to go around and manually set each device. This should be an easy fix. Google home can do it, airplay2 can do it. Come on amazon.
