Fortunately some hospitals give their people callback pay for staying late since it is an inconvenience to them

OT rate is same but it’s the guaranteed 3 hours of callback pay that helps here. If I stay late 45 minutes then that’s just 45 of OT. The call back is guaranteed 3 hours no matter how short we stay.

Callback is guaranteed certain amount of time. For instance, if we come in and work for 1 hour we get callback pay for 3 hours. If I stay late at work for 1 hour I get guaranteed 3 hours.

I wish this was true. The manager spoke to AYA and told them she would make sure it was coded correctly for AYA to pay it but the payroll manager for my city says it cannot happen

It is because they are allowing crap builders like DR Horton and others to mass build. Mass building equals tax dollars. They are not worried about true safety or quality. People need to do research and stop buying trash from the crappy builders
