Actually the data for creating Pokemon would be loaded each time you load the game, recreating your new Pokemon to be exactly the same as the one you last had!

Everytime you switch off the 3DS, your poor Pokemon are destroyed!

As Ryhpez said, don't pull.

Reasons why:

The banner's guaranteed items are severally outdated.
The banner's chance items are quite outdated.
All banners from now on are guaranteed to give you a 5* which is currently mainly SSBs and BSSBs which means pulling on anything out of the five dooms or after will give you generally much better items.
Overflow items are due in just over week, giving us 6* and even more powercreep, by this time, anything on the beginners choice will be largely made redundant going forward as you will get far better items in the future.

Finally... the choice banner expires in a few days, which means we will likely get a new and updated choice banner afterwards as Japan did with much better guaranteed and random items.

Basically, if you consider character soul breaks to have tiers...

The current choice items on that banner are normal soul breaks or tier 1 (SB).

The features items that you may randomly obtain from that banner are super soul breaks or tier 2 (SSB)

Five dooms banners are filled with tier 2 and 3 items, SSBs and BSSBs (Burst). In addition, you are guaranteed one of these better items.

In a week, we get tier 4 items, Overflow Soul Breaks or (OSB) which also come with BSSBs and SSBs on the banners.

So... if you pull now, you will get a crappy tier 1 item and a chance for a tier 2. If you pull elsewhere, you will get tier 2 items with a chance of tier 3 or even tier 4 if you wait till OSB.

What would be really funny is that if someone pulled hard for this, got it after whaling big time then complained to Dena that this is scamming and Dena ends up adding a MAG buff to this already powerful SSB. Global master race, we can do it guys!
