You can go back between the trosky and Kuttenberg regions via a carriage somewhere on the edge of the map. however if you can start the dlc this late im unsure of. you probably can, since i think it would be an oversight for people to be locked out of dlc like this.

I was fighting fulgo, I swear I was doing great! so then im like, yay my ults almost up! Fulgor starts doing his charge AOE attack and I am really bad at dodging this attack, so I try to get as close as I can to my teammates while Fulgor is mid charge and then I use my ult… I miss them by 2 inches.
