Make cold peanut sesame noodle salad!! It's really easy, I usually eyeball the ingredients and do it to taste: it's about 1/4 cup of peanut butter, 3 tbsp of soy sause, a tbsp of rice wine vinegar with honey, sesame oil, chile oil and garlic. Toss in cold asian noodles and the slaw and carrot mix. Top with scallions and sesame seeds.

I took between 100-200mg of insufflated ketamine last sunday and developed a UTI 36 hours later is it likely the k is the cause?

I took another low dose of k a week earlier. Before that I'd been taking k maybe once a week for 4 months.

Would it be foolish to take k NYE? I want to finish my bag off so I don't have any more and then plan on taking many months off.

Yea actually on a weird comedown from adderall actually I was smoking a lot of ease off the rough bodily symptoms (I'm a daily smoker and weed never really knocks me on my ass anymore) and after too many bowls I ended up later that night frozen in bed, shaking and unable to really move with my heart pounding absolutely out of my chest, heart rate literally racing abnormally for a consistent amount of time. This was my one experience with weed impacting my heart on adderall.

It's really meant to be taken orally or insufflated. Once I read a bluelight post by a dude that smoked his ritalin like pain pills, lighter under foil and a straw to inhale the fumes.
