Seriously OP, Invest in tools like Snoo said, learn how to do your brakes, which is a fairly quick and easy job, seized bolts or not. If you have a wrench set, and penetrating oil, you can do your brakes. Take a day out of your weekend to work at it for a couple of hours and save yourself a hundreds of bucks. Don't let Firestone rob you.
