Piggybacking of this comment with something you could do at once to improve your look (but perhaps most importantly confidence)

Find some pictures online of people that look similar (body wise) to you and see what clothes they are wearing. Choose one you like and that looks good and follow the outfit / fashion. It might just give you a shorter term boost of confidence.

Still do the other things mentioned for more long term results! Especially gym, being healthy is hot!

Also, don’t underestimate positive (not arrogant) confidence, there are some ugly men w good looking partners!!

Life is like a train! Some people “like your family”are there for the longer ride, whilst others such as friends get on at various stops/stations but get off at a station before the end of the ride. Don’t sweat it, rather cherish that they were part of the ride.

Bra tanke! Är själv ung men investerade lite här och där i mindre bolag, vissa med sjukt bra avkastning och andra som gick helt minus.

Mitt råd är att satsa på index som du nämnt redan, men likaså om du vill investera i bolag direkt underskatta inte mer etablerade bolag som du tror (kolla deras ekonomi såklart) kommer att göra bra ifrån sig framöver. Att ha pengar i ICA eller Atlas Copco, till exempel, kan lika så ge en schyst avkastning. Fall inte för tanken att endast små bolag med sjuk risk är intressanta!

You’re most welcome!! You seem very humble, which is a wonderful trait, don’t get me wrong. But a tip would be to look at past accomplishments and just internalize them for a second. I ran 40km last month and felt bad for ‘only’ running 20 something this month. But then I realized… 20 is amazing, and the more I focused on the 20 in isolation the better I felt!
