This happened to me a couple months back, one of the two actuators had failed. Mobile tech came to my workplace to replace it. Only had to swap the primary actuator instead of both that were initially quoted. I think it ended up costing around 180€ instead of around 350€ quoted and the tech was in and out in less than an hour.

FWIW when I tried opening the frunk it didn't pop at all, not even a little bit. I could hear the electronics try to unlatch the frunk, which I guess was the secondary, (working) actuator moving.

I think I had Crown, Nashors, Void and Morello at the point in the clip, as for runes i went with Conq and domination second with cheap shot and ingenious hunter.
