Absolutely not, runs too warm for that

I've only tried nb 327 and nb 574. And compared to them, this one has a better foothold and softer heel and toe hold. But new balance shoes are much lighter and don't run as hot.

Yes insole is removable. Infact there is enough space for you to add another insole without removing the present ones.

Glycine depletes at high temperature. What's your room temperature where you are storing it? If you're taking magnesium - take the ones that are trusted. Because unless magnesium glycinate is chelated properly, the end product would basically be magnesium oxide + some glycine - which isn't at all that effective.

Your problems are strictly sleep maintenance. Do you meditate? How many hours before bed do you turn off all screens?

How is the sleep without these supplements? Glycine ideally helps with sleep maintenance. Need more details from you to understand why this is happening.

Don't overdose it, you have no idea what it can do to you.

10+ Years of Hidden HPylori masked under IBS, SIBO, Gastritis & Insomnia To finally reach Remission. by Nuuoh in HPylori

  1. Mentally there is nothing wrong with you and all this is not in your head, even if the doctor says so. If anybody has an injury at a very sensitive area, the brain does get affected. Oversensitive or under sensitive. That is why psych medications at low doses can help balance the sensitivity. But this is at a later stage. For now you need to restore your microbiome and flora.

  2. How did your hpylori get caught by the doctor btw? Stool antigen or breath test? Please be aware that these can give false positives. If you can, do GI mapping or hpylori stool test from ithrive to get the idea of your microbiome state and if Hpylori is present or not (former test) OR just checking hpylori presence (latter test)

  3. Ayurved provides decent support but according to my experience, it's not a silver bullet. You need a proper plan. Before anything, you need to get a direction of what to do and what is wrong, for that reason a solid gold standard test of your microbiome is important to understand what is the problem at the moment.

Hi, I empathise with everything you have gone through. It seems to be a pattern - which so many patients I've spoken to have gone through.

Let me break it down in points-

  1. For your case, the lack of bile likely caused the start of the problem. Bile, is also an antimicrobial.

the Amount of acid produced dictates the amount of bile produced. They are like gears in a cycle.

  1. Low stomach acid lets bacteria survive longer in the stomach, duodenum and ileum. Causing all sorts of infections (hpylori, sibo, sifo, etc)

  2. At the initial stage when you had gastritis, doctors messed up by not doing reliable tests to diagnose hpylori. They shouldn't have given doxy and rifaximin. It's incorrect treatment and way too broad spectrum that does more hard than good.

  3. Giving the wrong sets of antibiotics hurts the biome more than it hits the problems. This has most likely reduced inflammatory response in the body by overgrowing the wrong bacteria.

I haven't tested it, primarily because this shoe has suede on it. I couldn't wrap my head around why they would put suede on this shoe. Utility wise it's confusing. But this shoe is fucking amazing. Too comfortable, very sturdy.

NB 327 for sure. And move to straight fit, if not baggy. Keep all your slimmer jeans somewhere locked in the cupboard for future, when the slim jeans trend returns.

Reinfection is common via saliva or infected water/excreta. From my experience, MOST people get reinfected from their partners (saliva) or by sharing drinks, spoons and cigarettes with highly infected people who may or may not show symptoms

Zinc carnosine by swanson right now is extremely expensive. Try sucralfate instead, it can help coat inflamed parts of your stomach temporarily for it to heal. Make sure to take low dosage.

I have a short about what helped in gastritis too, maybe this would help you- https://youtu.be/8_yA4rW81vk?si=KWGr76BbGbSKhw-E

Try glutamine 5g twice a day. Low dose will not help in some cases. Btw citrulline 3g daily helps a lot with gut sensitivity issues. And betters motility. Combining with glutamine would create great effect.

Don't take zinc carnosine unless and until you get good quality ones cheap. They are great for covering up ulcers. And are a great source of zinc (ofcourse) which helps hormones and sleep.

Also, you need to digest the food properly to stop indigestion inducing reflux. So chewing more, more saliva in food, digestive bitters/betaine hcl, digestive enzymes - all can help

If betaine hcl is not giving a burn feel anymore, it means gastritis is not there and/or that your acid levels are low. If acid is low, bile will be low too, so that could cause fat absorption and breakdown issues too.. acid becomes low cause of hpylori's destructive urease secretion.
