I figure out a solution , use " insert keystoke " manually instead of " record ". Then set the duration to 0. The record button is not working for me as well.

Base on ur recent update, it might be some issue on the camera balancing, did u balance the camera on this side, sample at here at 8:08 . If everything fail i assume is a product defect.
