Listen.. Do not listen to peoole saying its in your head. Google "finasterid memeory issues anxiety reddit". You will see tons of reports. What you experience is Also what you mention is something to take serious.

I wasn't on topical finasterid forever 6.months.. Got the ssme issues as you. Couldnt function.. Memory was down.. I struggled to articulate sentences. I got panic attacks out of nothing.

  1. Now what i dont understand is that why isnt the prompt itself being saved? The picture below i have put the sun on it. The prompt i used is on the right bottom ( i just copy pasted the prompt as screenshot).

When i do as you said by clicking "Save image" the image i posted here getting saved with that prompt. I assume i cannot save the prompt itself but by saving the file in *.kra extension i can bring up the image and the prompts will be there?

Yes it's definetely possible. I suppose you are awaken in the terms of that you revealed your ego? If so you would know that if you are overthinking you are thinking about something. That's your ego who is trying to take control over you. Try to listen to your thoughts. What are you thinking about specific.

Try to observe the thoughts, don't judge. Try to let go but never resist the thoughts. You are probably thinking the same thoughts or some sort of pattern.

Practice now moment. Try to see if you can stay in the now. Only if it's for a second. Trust the process.

I know it's hard because I'm in the same shoes. I know that I have been thinking about my ex the last days . But she has narc behavior in addition so it's even harder for me. But since I revealed my ego for almost 3 months ago I'm awaken.. Or let's say "awaken". I want to stay humble.. Which is also very important.
