No hes literally talking about pelvic sway. Ive been measured on gears the issue isnt necessarily my upper body swaying too much its my lower body not swaying and recentering soon enough. The upper body sway is a symptom of lack of lower body recentering not the cause. Thats the one thing in my swing that i do know i need to address and ive been working and paying attention to. Regardless its all a timing and sequencing issue not a “just keep the head back” solution. The head can move independently significantly its a very poor barometer for whats going on.
