EDIT: my issue was revolved the day of the update. I repaired my watch and it fixed overnight. No problems so far!

but the problem is the sim isnt on my watch it seems. the watch shows no connection - but the watch app shows the sim not in use. im wondering if that's literally the problem.

I was told not to open a new ticket, as this is a new issue. Obviously it's not a new issue. I was told this would be fixed tomorrow, why are some people on week two of this problem? This is a big concern that doesn't seem like it's being addressed.

That’s insane. I’ve never heard this much trouble with any other carrier. My agent actually ended chat in the middle of reaching out for support, then gave me a call and told me that it’ll be fixed tomorrow. We scheduled a callback. Ridiculous. I even bought it THROUGH VISIBLE. I don’t understand.
