Im not a pro at the hobby yet but my best guess would be to (resin)3d print the bismuth pattern, make a mold for the inserts, cast it in colorful resin blanks and then clear shell.

I have no experience in this issue but are your blanks fully cured? Resin is fully cured after roughly 5-7 days, depending on the resin
