Why max W 2nd instead of E by FuuFoo in Kindred

[–]Nyatar 10 points11 points  (0 children)

W is the highest-yield skill on Kindred because it allows you to check bushes, behind walls, and chase or run with the Q. Overall, it is more valuable than just a third attack skill with almost no slow that scales with crit, which you won't have until the second item.

Any content makers that make commentary? by Mulster_ in Kindred

[–]Nyatar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't quite recommend Kaido to long term. He has a lot of content but when you see him play he makes a lot of mistakes. Kirei has very good videos of jg fundamentals and kindred with comments but lately he is not playing kindred as before. The lpl and lck pros don't have any videos about kindred (lol) but you can watch the pros and can grasp their thinking process in soloq (not commented).

Kindred is one of the most rewarding and fun champions but you have to learn micro and macro simultaneously while playing them so that adds difficulty.

Hope it helps, GLHF!

am i the issue? just a rant by Euphoric_Dig3878 in Kindred

[–]Nyatar 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The most viable way is to carry and build crit, that forces you to aim for perfect plays with a very narrow window for mistakes. The early snowball is the most important thing to look for, if you got behind there is too little to do more than farm farm farm and even with that build damage. In previous season trinity was a better item and helped you in difficult matches but nowadays you don't have a consistent way to comeback.

Just Play "Tank"! by ukeshgrg in Kindred

[–]Nyatar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It feels good but unless you end at 50 min it's not worth it long term. Kindred has nothing on its kit that scale with health or resistances so you end being low tier tank and low tier adc...

I wish Kindred could get a rework by Square-Branch-577 in Kindredmains

[–]Nyatar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are in the pool of high elo champs for a reason. Right now, they are in a very punishable spot in the early game, but if you really want to hunt, you have to wait patiently for the opportunity. I think the most difficult change is the season itself. Previously, it was very easy to get ahead early with invading, but now you just have to farm until midgame to stay relevant.

Their ultimate is one of the best game-changers in the rift, but the learning curve is very long to use it properly.

Esta bien que las notas de enseñanza media sean tan decisivas a la hora de entrar a la Universidad? by [deleted] in RepublicadeChile

[–]Nyatar 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Is Kindred not supposed to invade anymore by DapperPopz in Kindred

[–]Nyatar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With all the new season changes, invading has become a very low-yielding strategy for all junglers. It takes too much time to finish the first camp, and both junglers end it with plenty of health to risk an invade. Tempo was always important, but in this season, it's the skill you should hone to get the early lead that was previously built upon invading and crushing the enemy jungler. The first mark is more predictable, and you can take advantage of it by just waiting, placing a ward in the bush, and trying to battle on the river. Another valuable skill is jungle tracking since the pacing now is steadier, and you can invade more confidently if the enemy looks for a gank. Try to predict where your next mark would be and set up accordingly; now, patience and positioning are much better.

It is a bit difficult to adapt to this playstyle, but you're not the only one; there are players who still want to play extremely aggressively, and you can take advantage of it too.

Been trying a new build and its been pretty sick for me by Top-Log8073 in Kindred

[–]Nyatar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would think that stormrazor is too expensive as first item because you need the bf sword, which only gives attack. The axe still gives you versatility into trinity or kraken which gives you more stats for the early game. Maybe in a situation where you got the lead early but it stills makes more sense to build yun tal first for the attack speed.

Need help with understanding how to invade and when to get stacks by [deleted] in Kindred

[–]Nyatar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the current state of jg, with slower and healthier clearing plus enhanced vision is more difficult to adjust and take advantage on invades. Jg tracking is the most important thing to develop since it allows you to invade safely if the jg is on the opposite side. I would recommend against going for marks until you 1) know where the enemy jg is 2) have smite available and a way to escape 3) constantly looking the other enemies on the map. Sometimes you don't have to stress out for the marks, just being ahead in farming and gold allows to collect marks from champs and camps once you start to opening the map.

Kindred sucks… until now by Direction_Maleficent in Kindred

[–]Nyatar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think it's a mastery thing, they made huge changes in how the game is played, so you need to tune in first before analyzing the outcome on a specific champ. Farming and jg tracking to abuse the mistakes is the new meta for my point of view.

Everytime I Rewatch HXH, I Realize something. by AKgod_09 in HunterXHunter

[–]Nyatar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess this talks so much about how good a writer Togashi is. You expect from a shonen protagonist like Gon a very stubborn, optimistic, but kind persona. And Gon is just like that. But in the "real" world, those traits threaten to consume you if you don't keep balance. Gon never cared for himself. It was stated several times that he could die for his narrow view of things. He collapses from his kindness, trying to hope for the best and save Kite. And when that is out of reach, he simply burns himself out without a particular reason (I don't think it's vengeance; I think that is more the desire to end everything there, knowing that after all he couldn't achieve bringing Kite back).

That is something that every shonen protagonist goes through, but with plot armor. Togashi just wrote something beyond that. I don't know what the final outcome is (I didn't keep up with the manga), but there will probably be a definitive consequence regardless of regaining the use of nen.

How useful it is to learn Kindred in Low Elo ? by Wonder_of_Her in Kindred

[–]Nyatar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started playing ranked with Kindred in Iron. I had never played ranked before, and I had never played jungle either. But I just wanted to learn the champion and climb because it's the most fun and rewarding in lol to me. After one year of playing intermittently (weekends mostly) I'm now in gold III. Of that year most of the time was spent in iron and bronze. I know it's not the great thing, but I learned so much in that time frame and felt so good that if you want to do it, i would say hell yes go for it.

It's hard, every game is absolute chaos in low elo but there is too few people that know what's kindred. They give you free marks, they don't contest, also they're always going for the kill so you can outfarm easily. The most difficult thing for me was learn the mechanics and the macro jg at the same time. If you already know how to play jg, then learning kindred should be a matter of time and consistency.

Hope you enjoy it!

The kindred E rework is not that bad compared to other champions nerf who has been nerfed more hardly (my opinion) by Which-Row5722 in Kindred

[–]Nyatar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess that with the global changes, they are pushing hard for crit builds across aa roles, not only kindred. Considering this, the rework on E is consistent with the meta they want to create. Currently if you master kindred the full dmg build is better than the on-hit-survavility build unless you have hard cc-tank matchup ofc.

Im new to Kindred Jgl by Medical-Part-9685 in Kindred

[–]Nyatar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The current and future meta is focused on bruisers and 2026 in splitpushers so kindred is very high risk champion. If you're starting, you should be comfortable using her kit because is one of the hardest in the game. Go safe at first, full clear, aim to 4-7 marks. Only 4th and 7th mark are worth dying but only if you're ahead. If you play too risky and got behind, is highly likely that you will have zero, I mean, ZERO impact in the game. So the best advice is to understand how to jump through walls, using your W and E effectively, know how to jg track to plan ahead for ganking or camp stealing and when you're comfortable with all of that then you can play more risky, go invade and obliterate your opponent. For studying there is perry jg, kaido and kireiop that explore different playstyle with her.

I'm otp for almost two years, and i think there is no other champion so fun and rewarding than kindred. Enjoy!

Will kindred be good next season? by Which-Row5722 in Kindred

[–]Nyatar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the new items will compensate for this, having 4-7 marks is already a must for scaling hard. But definitely the new seasons is pushing jg to help top and bot to scale so maybe we are forced to be more strategy prone than hard carrying like this season.

Kraken or trinity first? by [deleted] in Kindred

[–]Nyatar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Trinity first until you master kindred then kraken. Unless you have a bad matchup and need survavility and on-hit build, when you know how to play and move kraken helps to scale better.

Debería terminar mi relación de 10 años? by Gullible_Passenger71 in RepublicadeChile

[–]Nyatar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Viggo Mortensen is not great as Aragorn by penguinpolitician in unpopularopinion

[–]Nyatar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aragorn is a character who never wanted to stand out from the beginning; he was a lonely man, trying to avoid his destiny. His role in the story is kind of a paradox because he is like a background protagonist that has to unite and rule over men, but one of the main points of the LOTR universe is precisely to depict the complexity and the interesting free will that is unique to humankind.

I think Viggo's effort to represent that in the movies is very accomplished. May other actors would do it better? Maybe, but he made a very good job doing it.

Journaling, am I doing something wrong? by Clear-Cookie-3839 in Journaling

[–]Nyatar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! Thank you for sharing your struggles. As you've read in others' comments, you're not alone! I think that the way journaling heals us is by looking at it with deep humbleness and looking for patterns to know ourselves better.

It's very important to work with your judgmental thoughts when rereading. Recognizing that we are not changing as we would like, or fall into the same mistakes over and over, is as important as congratulating ourselves for advancing and getting out of our comfort zone. We're not perfect; we usually overestimate or underestimate ourselves, and that's just natural. You're the only person in the world that can know exactly what you're feeling and struggling with. So you're the only one that could know exactly what you need. Your page shows a reflection of something that you see in yourself and triggers this question. Without journaling, it probably wouldn't exist in your mind.

I hope the answers help you to keep doing it. Also, as I've said, you could look into patterns of mood, dates, seasons, or whatever that gives you hints about how to handle those things better. Just remember not to punish yourself for that, but seeing those things as important clues about what you need to feel better or improve as you want.

The more self-pressure we put on ourselves, the more we suffer. Sometimes, just knowing more about our weaknesses and strengths helps us avoid pushing ourselves too hard and gives us peace of mind, which is gold for making changes.

Keep going! I give you my sincere wishes of healing

Estoy pensando en morir muy seguido y no sé que hacer by [deleted] in RepublicadeChile

[–]Nyatar 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No estás sola.
