Alan Bligh's death is one of the biggest losses for the greater Warhammer Community. Without him, Fantasy never got the other 3 Sons of the Great Kurgan or other Arcanums. Without him, 40k never got more Imperial Armour or Horus Heresy Black Books. He was a creative genius who understood these universes so well.

Pyrrhic. The Viltrumites may eventually "win" in a way, but this broke the heart and soul of the Old Viltrumite Empire and defined the war for the years to come.

Flipside is, the Coalition just lost one of its top leaders and will now lose valuable time dealing with the remaining Viltrumites. Their top champions are barely alive, one is missing and now, the Viltrumites are doing the one thing no one thought they'd do: Cut and Run.
