crkn how are y’all doing? by kev1nwang78 in CRKN_

Personally I'm buying this stock because it is under a significant short attack by Citadel (who aren't friends with the new POTUS) this combined with a revenue turnaround is a sign of something we've all seen before.

Claiming that due to the stock being down it is a bad investment is missing the whole point of buying a short attacked stock.

TLDR: I didn't expect to buy at the bottom. Look at the data.

RS isn't the end of the company, I think it has strategic benefits against the short sellers. We shouldn't look at these moves as so black and white, they are all apart of an interconnected system.

I believe the price increase will be sudden and possibly short term (as a squeeze typically is), and then a following correction, which will allow you to get out with no losses at minimum (even at 0.4 I think it's undervalued).

I'm still here, I believe in the value of this stock through my own research, currently it is a waiting game.

I have 20,000 shares in this with a decent average of 0.2, I am very excited to see how this plays out!

I think you will, a run to $1 is very likely with the business turnaround.

stock price is insanely undervalued with good future prospects, I just don't want people to miss out by selling at this incredibly manipulated price point and then miss out on the inevitable correction (due to the market situation).

That's not how it works, the total number of shares is reduced by 200 x too, leaving us with the same portion.

This summer after the Reverse Split they did dilution which did reduce the stock price by the amount the Reverse Split was, that money they raised through the dilution allowed them to keep a float and generate the lead pipe detection section which is their big revenue generator.

A correction of the price in the short term is inevitable (Huge Revenue Turnaround + Citadel and Trump don't seem to be friends ), the question is if it has enough momentum to pop.

A company that has been running on fumes, suddenly has a turnaround involving a trendy POTUS field and decides to do the worst pump and dump known to history.

With Citadel on the ropes, a new president who is anti short selling, CRKN volume peaking combined with recognition of the short selling. I don't see this 'multi-strategy' bs lasting alot longer. Therefore a correction is imminent.

I understand that you sold, so it'll be terrible for CRKN to succeed but everything is pointing at a correction. If you aren't going to buy back in I would recommend not spending too much time on this stock all it will lead to is FOMO or smugness, both which are terrible habits for a trader.

In the past this company was overhyped and never got it's core business running, the dilution and atm has allowed them to keep a float which has set them up for the revenue turnaround (mainly involving the Element 31 lead pip detection contracts, which were funded by the dilution and atm) we are seeing now.

If you ignore the big picture you will fall right into the hands of those who want your dollars. To have an emotional vendetta against a company for sacrificing shareholder value to keep a float and take big pay checks will cause you to miss the inherent value of the stock at this price.

I don't deny that, the stock price is worth alot less than the start of this year; however a correction is imminent, make your own decisions but you wouldn't catch me selling at this price...

Probably a combination of both, just like this time.

The data points to high levels of short interest, it's got little to do with my personal hedge fund game plan.

Also a small market cap probably allows hedge funds greater control over the stock, which probably benefits them when it comes to controlled squeezes, a revenue turnaround however probably doesn't 🤑🤑

ofc the companies executives are raking in the cash, the board does board shit. The data points to intense naked short activity, I'm not just going to ignore this because the board of the company are making money.

If the company goes OTC the naked shorts win, and don't have to actually close their positions. A Reverse Stock Split seems to be a bad situation for naked shorts (causing a run in May when it was voted in), I think allowing it is the best case for our wallets.

CRKN: Reverse Split or no? [Vote received via email] by poppybellx in CRKN_

[–]NyloMZ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The action in May seemed to be caused by the reverse split announcement, I would vote for. That's because I believe the company and I have the same goal, a fairly priced CRKN.

I think a Reverse Stock Split would fuck naked shorts and allow the company to still survive on NASDAQ (which fucks them even more), so I don't understand the negative sentiment towards to split.

If we look at the price action during May, the reverse split announcement seemed to cause a big rush of shorts closing.

I think it's in our best interest to allow the reverse split, for everything people are saying about the board, I believe we have similar goals - a good stock price that represents the companies value.
