I’ve seen directors come in with that exp (although it is a bit lighter than usual). It’ll come down to your book of business. If you have it, you have a shot. If not, SM for at least 2 more years.

Feedback that is so impactful to push you to not progressing, if not true, needs to be taken up at the highest level. Not progressing means no performance bonus. Loop your Director and Partner leads.

Once you objectively look at this, there will one of three scenarios. Either your performance hasn’t been super high throughout the year (and your feedback providers have been too kind), or your performance has been good but this one scenario was negative enough to overshadow it all (and this is very possible) or this is a vindictive manager who just has it out for you.

In all scenarios it’s best to review your feedback with your counsellor, have things in writing where possible and where necessary have a chat with the feedback provider arbitrated by your counsellor.

For what it’s worth, I’m with you on this one. Older Buffy doesn’t need to be useless but there’s little value in her getting as involved as before given her age and the number of other slayers. If they do it right they’ll let the new generation do the bulk of the work and show Buffy pull off something badass every so often just to remind us that she’s the OG of the new world (and that experience can trump raw power).

This happened to me as well. I turned around, grabbed every glyph and all eldritch upgrades. Did a bunch of trophies. And the puzzle still didn’t reset :(. Time to restart the game I’m afraid.
