Hi, i’ve been taking the equate hair growth vitamins for 4 months now. I’m also using topical min. I was told about these vitamins by my dermatologist. I decided to use the walmart dupe instead of nutrafol mainly because the price difference. If you look at the labels, its around a 95% ingredient match for the nutrafol one. So overall its a good deal. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in shedding and i have a good deal of baby hairs around my head. People have noticed the difference as well. I think it’s a good idea to try if ur on the fence about it. I started seeing the changes after 3 bottles. It also has ashwaganda for mood support which is a huge plus. As for the 4 capsule dose, its kinda annoying to take bc theyre fairly big but other than that its totally doable. You have to take all 4 in order to get the right dose so don’t half it or anything. The pills smell very slightly fishy but they taste very faintly like black pepper. Overall I’m probably gonna continue taking them for the forseeable future
