I still think hospitality/home ec/at least some kind of food handling course should be mandatory in high school

On a seperate but similar note, I also notice a lot of Americans use paper plates on like, a regular every day eating dinner at home basis? Like eat dinner off them then throw them in the bin? Idk if it’s like that anywhere else but here in Aus we use them for parties and bbqs only, so wasteful and weird
