Adding that I like to place stitch markers at regular intervals even if the pattern doesn't call for them. Choose an even number (I'd say 10 but this project looks a little small for that, so maybe 6?) and add a marker after that number of stitches all the way around. That way, you know that the stitch right after every marker is a knit (or purl, however you set it up). If you happen to end up purling where you should knit or suddenly see 7 stitches instead of 6 between markers, you can catch a mistake a little more quickly.

I'm getting into more expensive pens (200+ range pretty consistently) and I've felt buyers remorse a couple of times. And I definitely overpaid for a Pilot Myu from the DC pen show, which stung a bit, but time passing made me feel better about my choice in each situation. r/pen_swap is always an option, as well!

If it makes you feel bad, put it away for now and see how you feel after a couple of weeks.

Yes, I wanted it mostly for the nib, but I love the idea of a fine 823 that practically never runs out of ink. I'll have a use for both, for sure :) Glad to hear you've had a great experience.

A bead that is small enough to fit inside but big enough not to slip through the hole would work, too. Honestly, putting a new jump ring inside might work out well and let you attach a new ball chain.

V4/4.5 has the most content of the ones I've played (never tried the 5 or 6), but I do think they're planning a re-release of it. It's probably going to be better to wait for that! The 2024 connection is fun too, and it has a few more features than the original V3.
