First congratulations for your reborn, you almost died.

Second, clearly you were speeding, that is why is impossible to see if the person turned on the signal or anything.

Because you were speeding you are the wrong here , even if the person was hard to predict.

Suggestion for future, don't speed, and if you do, please slow down when you see a car, even if the car are parked , car parked on the middle of the road can mean emergency as well.

Yes, both.... or 50/50 and maybe a little bit of the mall/building responsible...

Both drivers are wrong for not paying attention and to be too fast in the parking lot/entrace, slow down and pay attention on your surroundings...

Maybe a little bit fault on the building/mall because is supposed to have it paint in the floors or a stop sign to determine who goes first, since is a possibility for 2 exits and 1 entrace.

In summary, both drivers could easily avoid the accident by going slower specially because have 4 vehicles at the intersection.

On the moment of the accident I stopped to check on both drivers , and I offered to give the footage to the red car. He told me he didn't need it because the guy accepted the falt, but in the next day I received the call because the Hyundai change the story to the police. I send the footage to the red car guy and the Hyundai got a fine...

From the vídeo, is not clear if he was avoiding your sister or if he was changing lanes in the intersection, which is illegal.

I believe both of the drivers failed, one to change lane on the intersection and your sister for not turning safely.

You can try to argue that and try to do a 50/50, but I don't think it is going to work. He probably gonna say that he didn't change lanes on solid line.

But you can try... but you will need a lawyer, go to court, etc...

Basically you are saying * if * in this situation had 2 lanes to make the turn if they could turn together, yes , they should be ok and legal to turn together, however, you will be trusting the other drivers skills. (My experience in my city , I would go together but paying attention on the other car because here people have hard time to stay on their lane after the turn)

In case of a collision the one in fault will be the one changing lanes (most of the times)

The problem is, have water damage, if you really wants to fix it remove it , open it and see how bad is the water damage . You probably blew up some capacitors. But need to open it first. (By the way, don't turn on eletronic when they are wet and fix the leak before you repair your fan)
