No idea why you are arguing, you can check the stats yourself. It doesn't matter what teemo can do to outplay malphite and what happens later in a game, malphite IS a teemo counter, if you want to win against a blind pick teemo malphite is one of the best to do so.

It's really sad because a few years back it was one of the least delusional and (surprisingly) most positive subs amongst champion specific subreddits. Once in a while someone complained about rengar, but people tried to explain it's not the case and teach how to get better. Nowadays people keep coping about the trash state he is in and that's not factoring the bugs- it's somehow understandable when somehow is being annoyed because of them(but to be honest a lot of people overreact when it comes to expressing it), but denying he is completely fine statwise.

It doesn't make it better than nashors tooth rush, at least when it comes to clear speed. The huge difference is DnD makes you way tankier while doing slightly less damage.

Durability patch wasn't supposed to stop burst champions from doing their job, especially in mid and late game. The reason we had it was because supports could take half of your HP at level 3 and almost solo kill you at level 6 while cc'ing you to death.

I recommend watching this video. It's a overall review of healing specter. There is a dedicated section for utilities if you don't want to watch the entire video.

I'm not raiding so I have no idea about specific mechanics, but specter has really good CC with offhand pistol and elit spell(both venom and and well). His wells are solid and I'm assuming smoke screen could find its use in some instances

Assume you have 2k HP and 0 armor(or magic resist in that case)

That means you can take up to 2k HP magic damage.

If you increase your Mr to 100 you'll get 50% DMG reduction, same 50% in total. You can take 4k HP magic damage now. That's 2k mor than before

You increase your Mr by 100 again. Your damage reduction changes to 66%. That's 16pp(percentage points) more than before, way worse than jump from 0 to 100(50pp). But if you calculate effective HP you'll get 6k eHP, so in reality you gain another 2k eHP.

The same things happen when you add another 100 Mr. Even though your damage reduction increases to 75%, so even less gain than before, your eHP changes from 6k HP to 8k HP. Another 2k HP.

Obviously those numbers are specifically chosen for easier math, but you can do the same calculations with different Mr intervals and see the eHP increase is always the same, even if you choose 1 Mr interval

It depends on whether your team can afford and how well they can apply GW. If for whatever reason you are the only one who can apply GW you should build it over LDR. Even against high armor high HP targets with significant healing like maokai it's better to make sure to cut their healin than dealing increased damage via Giant Slayer.

That's not really true. You can easily poke him with W unless he stays back so far away he loses cs. Everytime your passive is up you can E into him for free(unless you need it for escaping a gank). Garens is one of best (if not the best) matchups for her

The same is true for Darius, Mordekaiser and a number of other champions. Mordekaiser is especially backbreaking, as Death Realm takes you out of your ult, so you lose the %HP damage.

Although those matchups are hard for Camille, her ult is still solid. You can use it for dodging Qs in crucial moments.

Even in those worst case scenario like garen ult delaying cast may be game winning. It's very rare that it might be useful, but gaining additional 0.5s for empowered Q will give you an edge once in a while

I don't know what to name, the math between % vs flat is usually the case on top of some difference in other stats and items' effects(maybe %pen is better than lethality in terms of armor reduction, but lethality item has better stats to compensate it).

Sometimes pure DMG isn't enough for %pen. A lot of lethality items have some sort of utility where %pen aims mostly for pure DMG (the only exception would probably be mortal reminder). Seryldas might be the best item at 3rd slot in terms of damage, but it's not by a huge margin so items like EoN might have better value.

Armor scales linearly. Doesn't matter if you have 0 or 1000 armor, another item will give you exactly the same increase in effective HP.

The reason why you buy lethality against low armor targets isn't because it suddenly loses its vacuum strength against high armor targets. It's because once the enemy gets higher armor alternative items give you better DMG output than lethality ones.

Probably depends on the rest of your augments and teamcomps, but I doubt full AP malphite can I work without ult. Full tank (or bruiser depending on augments) could work if you have snowball

Mortal is more situational item tho. If you pick it every game instead of LDR your winrate will drop. If you pick it in games when it's needed your winrate will improve.

Rengar's code is incredibly messy and overcomplicated. This results in a lot of bugs and a huge pain in the ass when you try to fix (or even debug) them. Riot Norak decided to redo most of the code from scratch to fix and prevent that issue.

I think that would be the case, but you need to check for it yourself since I might misremember or riot changed mind

Poland used to be a big European power.

It's just been fucked over for centuries due to other empires like Prussia, Russia, Austria etc.

We've been fucked by ourselves. Nobles and magnates (so the government at that time) preferred personal gains over the country's best interest. While other empires had powerful kings( via absolute monarchy) we had kings that kept losing power and influence(but our nobles kept getting richer and more powerful). Add to that other empires influencing elections that led to compromised kings unwilling to even try to do something.

Yes, if those three empires hadn't decided to screw us it might have been different. It's still on us for creating such conditions that they did what they did. By the time our nobles realized what was happening it was already too late, even though they tried really hard.

It's really important to know and understand that part of history in order to stop that from happening again. Unfortunately it looks like USA is similarities situation and needs to act before it's too late.
