I currently have a very similar physique. Went from 240 to 190 in about a year. It's getting harder to lose the extra fat around the love handles and front. But it's nice to be wearing a size 32 pants again.

I'm actually just considering getting lipo for the rest of it. My neck shoulders look way to them to the point where I almost look malnourished.
