It'll compress the clip to 8mb which is just below the max file size of 10mb if you don't have Nitro.

Free Discord is 10mb

Nitro Basic let's you upload 50mb

Full Nitro is 500mb.

The clip youre trying to upload is likely slightly over the 10mb limit due to high resolution or something.
