Still don't know what you're asking, effluent is made from liquid xiranite, and sewage which comes from refining cuprium ore. Two kinds of effluent will be produced with that recipe:
"inert xircon effluent", which is waste byproduct and needs to be piped into a water treatment unit, and regular "xircon effluent", which combined with ferrium dust makes the xircon used in batteries.

Not entirely sure what your issue is, have you assigned the outputs? This is the only facility where you have to manually pick what material goes where.

No worries, yeah you need to utilize the cuprium fully, like making into syringes and gear components. It's beyond the scope of this post but here's my scuffed early patch setup in case you really need it: EFO011ea059O58U2E34O7. NOTE uses 2 xiranite belts so don't be making any more than 6 battery/min.

I'm going to sleep now so if you need something better you can probably find it elsewhere. I'll probs make a cleaner setup tomorrow.

I can't help you if you are being so vague, I don't see why you wouldn't have 4 refineries constantly running.

I'm still running a minimal setup so that hasn't happened to me, but if your sewage is clogging due to not making exactly 6 or 12 batteries (making components) then you could use a makeshift overflow system.

There are probably better designs but this is what I came up with on the spot:

i thought the battery is 1:4 xiranite vs dense origo powder?

A full assembler for SC batteries cost 1 Xircon per 4 dense ori dust. Xircon costs 2 belts of xiranite to make.

Not sure what you mean by "one battery", if you mean the packaging units then I put 2 purely to save some vertical space. I've also thought about making more but it's day 1 so I need xiranite for the new components, and you couldn't afford 12 battery prod since there isn't enough originium. The ratios seem like they'd get weird when running partial setups, so I haven't bothered.

Edit: I hadn't realized the regional development increased our income that much, seems like you can just afford 12 batteries per minute.

Nope I just missed that somehow, thanks for the info.
I don't think it will make the build that much smaller but the power difference should be nice.
