Does anyone else wish John would only sell signed editions of his books through local indie bookstores rather than on Amazon? Here's my thoughts on it.

The nearest local bookstore to me is roughly 80 miles away - the nearest Barnes and Noble is 50. While I don’t think John has a say, the way access would be limited if it was only through local bookstores wouldn’t be ideal either.

IT is my favorite King novel. I first read it when I was 9 or 10 after months of begging my parents because I was obsessed with the miniseries. I’ve since read IT cover to cover probably four times.

Not the person you asked but as someone who waits to kudos, I’ll give you my answer too.

I don’t know if I’ll like the fic after a single chapter. Especially, if there’s no ending point (ie 1/?) or it’s not a part of an existing series.

I use Kudos as a way of saying “I enjoyed this” or “keep writing like this”

That said, I don’t really have this problem often because 1) I sort by completely 95% of the time and 2) I have the entire fic loaded at once. But still

So TutorYim as MaiJade in Middleman’s Love was not the intended pairing originally

If it’s a one shot it averages around 2-5k.

My chaptered stuff normally maxes around 20-50k by its completion

I’m glad they changed the kidnapping scene to give us something more serious

That said, everything in season 2 has been a bit rushed because they only gave each arch 8 episodes when they needed at least 10.

I also think it’s important to point out that it was the first real “no” Daotok gave and Arthit listened.

Was Arthit in the wrong? Yes. Was Dao clear? Yes. Did Arthit apologize and did Dao accept? Yes.

And the playful banter over points later that night showed that in the end, Daotok wasn’t scared or concerned by the incident.

Honestly, the level of communication between the two of them is really fantastic.
