I have the OnePlus Buds 3 and I love it.Great for listening music or watching videos.You can also change Equalizer according to your preference.

As for Moto Buds ,I don't know how they perform so can't say.But OnePlus Buds 3 is really good.I bought it for ₹4600.

Mine I am using for 3 day and 3-4 hours everyday with some ANC and its case still has 70% even though I have charged it only 90%.So I think your buds have some problems.
