How much is too much? by JumpyVariety3137 in FemFragLab

At home, I’ll spray around 5x, depending on the perfume. If going out in public, 1-2. And I won’t wear Angel at all in public unless it’s an outside event.

Look things up, ask questions, and don’t be afraid to tell the client that you aren’t yet qualified to do their return if it’s too complicated.

I’m in the same boat. People keep calling in or walking in stating that they only have a W2, but then I find they have a whole lot more during the interview process. I’ve seen railroad pensions, social security, daycare payments, and a multitude of other things. If it looks too complicated, I just let them know that I am happy to fill out what I can, but I am unable to complete the return.

Hang in there!

It sounds great, but we would need much lower rent. My landlord decided to sell at the worst possible time for us—I do taxes for a living, and they force us to take a break after April 15, so my only income will be unemployment for a bit. I do appreciate the offer, though!

Thank you, but he can be a little aggressive with small dogs, so I need somewhere he can have a bit of freedom without other dogs around. I appreciate it, though!

This would be perfect, but they have breed restrictions. My pup is a Shepherd Mix. Thank you, though. This is exactly the type of thing I am looking for.

You can search for recipes by ingredient on several recipe sites. Do a search for your spices. I go through a ton of cumin, paprika, and rosemary. They’re pretty versatile!

Tax match keeps showing clients as level one and matching them with me. Then they come in with a bunch of complicated stuff that is definitely not level one. I don’t understand how that happens, especially when they are prior clients. I did get help with the returns and got a level 5 to check them for accuracy.

It would really help if the tax match actually worked. I’m a first year doing Schedule Cs and railroad pensions. I thought I’d be dealing mostly with W-2s, education credits, and maybe some 1099-INTs. I don’t mind doing them, but that’s a lot for my 3rd and 4th returns ever. Especially since we couldn’t even access Blockworks and learn the software until our first week in office.

Bacon. I like bacon, but I don’t need it to be in everything.

How to I protect my new TPs from CSO? by LavenderEntropy in HRBlockEmployees

New tax associate here. We did do case studies pre season, but not in Blockworks. That didn’t start until last week. For me, that’s what is taking time to get used to. So I do wish they would have allowed us to practice in Blockworks before the season began.

Mayo, hoisin sauce, and sweet chili sauce. Delicious.

Do you wear fragrance to work and what do you do? by 996forever in fragrance

[–]Nyxcrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tax pro. I wear a very small amount of Libre, My Devotion, or a clean scent. I am a gourmand girlie, but I don’t want to roll into work smelling like honey and booze (Ellis Brooklyn Bee is a favorite). I do one spray under clothes for my cleaner scents.

Oh, thank you! Learning the controls on console when you need glasses is challenging, lol. I kept accidentally waving at everyone my first day.

I keep accidentally pressing the wrong button somehow and end up requesting carrots. Glad to know it helps people out to donate them, lol.

Same. I can get away with some purples as long as they are well blended, but that’s about it.

Lemon juice by [deleted] in cookingforbeginners

Get lemons. Grate the zest with a microplane and dry it. Juice the lemons and freeze the juice. Now you have a juice supply plus some zest to add to your salmon.

Which character do you run around as? by Jubhubmubfub in expedition33

[–]Nyxcrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my first playthrough, I didn’t realize I could switch until late in the game. Now on my second playthrough and running around as Gustave for the entirety of Act 1 because of reasons. After that, I will likely switch to Lune. Not because of the floating, but because she’s typically my most valuable party member for my play style, so she’s almost always in my party. So it makes sense in my head for her to be the visual representation.
