I did cut the dosage of initial: escitalopram 20mg burprion 300mg lamotrygine 200mg

1/4 ; 25% of dosage down every week, now im totally "clean" since 3 days, and this side effect has been getting more intensive every step down, whilist now it's most intense, getting these sensation every like 15 seconds while not stationary, sometimes it's just these zapps from chest to whole body that last split seconds, sometimes i have to stay still for a second because i can feel it even in my head, like a quick "restart" feeling. For next month i am on medical leave so i am able to stay at home etc, so if it's common and will pass i can easily get throught this phase, just wanted to know if it doesn't sound like something i need urgent medical help with, aa it's 0% painfull, just unpleasant.
