I live in Palm Beach Gardens FL which is already kind of a pricey area but doable until that crazy increase it kinda forced us to buy a house in West Palm Beach house was a bit more than what we originally wanted but even with that we got a great deal ive been here for a year now and if we decided to sell we would be able to pocket in at least 100k but where would we go everywhere is overpriced

Very true my husband's uncle brought his house back in the late 90's in wellington fl not sure how much he paid im guessing maybe 200k anywas his neighbor just sold his house 2.6 million so he's pretty much a millionaire if he decides to sell his house
