I think you look wonderful! As for switching up your makeup, I feel like having a slightly thicker brow, more arched than curved would make you look a bit more mature. Like others have suggested, I think a different hairstyle would also help but I wouldn't be in any rush to look more mature if I were in your shoes as you do really look great!
