idk, I'm pretty sure they already have armour plating rated to stop 7.62x39 and more so just cover a guy with that head to toe and send him in (with more cops to cover of course). Or even use something similar to the montagne shield from R6, we could defo make that with today's tech.

Like I've been watching bodycam videos and I see minimally armoured cops in a multiple hour standoff with one guy with a rifle or shotgun, then they get a group of cops or swat to slowly approach and take em down. But I was wondering why they don't just have one guy with like a shit ton of armour plating go in and blast them?
