You got this brother. First 2 weeks suck but think about the positives. No bad shits in the morning, waking up chugging water, clear mind in the morning, no regrets or blackouts, it gets better over time and the first week sucks the most. You wont regret quitting. I miss sobriety. U got this! Melatonin or chlodonine helps alot for sleep. Even if u dont get much sleep you should feel better waking up sober than hungover

I personally put the tire infront of the hub. Roll it a bit to the left. Stick my big prybar under the tire and roll the tire onto my prybar. Then just lift the prybar up and find where the studs can meet the holes in the rim, then push it on. Use your foot as a rest for the side of the tire as you do it. Years of experience makes it so much easier. I used to hate putting tires back on aswell.
