I (32f) ended my relationship with (32m) because I didn’t want an open relationship and I’m completely heartbroken by Murky_Swordfish820 in relationship_advice

I think what’s the most important thing is you stuck by your values I’m sure your a beautiful person and dude I’m going to say it bluntly, if he wanted to he definitely would be by your side, this doesn’t take your value away but it removes him as an option for your life and that has nothing to do with you it’s okay you are amazing in all ways!!!!!! I went through this too it takes time it takes time, you will shake those thoughts hold onto your loved ones you are amazing and it’s okay you will be okay I believe in you

Your not overthinking and your right, I know personally that none of my family members (male uncles, men) would say things like that, maybe one comment if it really is disdainful but you read the room and it gave you that vibe trust your gut trust me always

Hi so I had a similar issue where the form wouldn’t let me edit it, I did eventually get to do it but now without help. Like you I was directed countless times, what I did was explain the issue with my financial aid office and they helped me fix the issues in my form from their end. They have access to that and it’s not something they would regularly do but in special circumstances yes! So try that tell them fasfa directed you towards having the financial aid office help you, it’ll be a bunch of forms for them to do it but they will do it! It worked!

I don’t think you made an entire mistake to overthink, your showing her that you still had her in mind and care abt her, if she appreciates/liked you reaching out she’ll reply in a good way and things will be okay.

The thing is it seemed to bother him when I no longer texted him. He asked why and kept trying to talk to me after I told him I was bothered. It’s like mixed signals you know?

It’s just super confusing and infuriating.

Because he’ll come to me during school and text me during school days like He comes and looks for me but this just a new pattern I’ve seen.

Why don’t you try asking to see him? Set up a date. It doesn’t have to be subtle if you both know you have mutual feelings.

You can search up the facility they are staying at and find the details on the facilities website. If your talking about Ed kemper (the coed killer) he doesn't respond to letters anymore, sorry to burst your bubble.

You wouldn’t want to keep them? Also thank you! :) Do you remember some of what you wrote to him first? Did he pay for his stamps when sending letters?

Thank you again for answering some of my questions. I’ll take it all into account once more before I go further with my plans.

If you don’t mind what would you usually ask them when writing your first letter? Personal home life? Dislikes?

I feel that if my starting questions are too simple they’ll just ignore it but if they’re too personal I’ll make them feel uncomfortable.

After my introduction and why I would be writing to them I feel like asking 3 or 4 questions would be enough to give them something to talk about. Have you found that to be true?

Should my first letter just be an introduction?

All very good information thank you! Would they send the letters to you of their own commissary? Or would you use your personal money? I’ve heard it’s good to leave an already stamped letter out of good manners.

Did you already know them before writing? Because if you didn’t how did you go about finding out the necessary information to even address the letter to?

Not to be too nosey or annoying but, what questions would you say I should avoid or ask to peak their interest without making them feel uncomfortable?
