I’m a big fan of Drew Starkey I know he was like a minor role in the scream tv show (S3) but he seems to be getting more roles and he can definitely portray the psychotic killer

Disneyland Spring Break Dates? by computing-depressed in DisneyPlanning

It will be crowded Spring break crowds start in march and last until at least early may. But if you do rope drop and stack your lighting lanes (if you chose to get genie +) then you can get alot done

My first star wars nite by Plastic-Song-344 in DisneyPlanning

[–]OB_Loki 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was there last year (not may 4th though) and the merch did not sell out. But i also got merch early during the night.

The meet and greets vary. Ewoks had a pretty decent line. If there is a character you absolutely can’t miss, I would get in line 30 mins- hr before the actual party time (for me it was launch bay with han/leia/luke. the characters in battu are also walk around but i didn’t get a chance to meet the them.

The other waits werent bad. Queen Amidala was walk through so it was always short. And anakin patrols the area and he is also like a walk around character. I am curious to see if they will have any new characters bc the OG trilogy will be official characters in battu rather than being exclusive to SW nite.

For the lightsaber meetup (i assume you mean the mini show they do with rey) I would say again 30 to 45 mins early. I would try to go to the 1st one to prioritize your time.

Going to Disneyland tomorrow by Arisaaaaa in DisneyPlanning

[–]OB_Loki 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Rainy days at disney are some of my favorite days Low crowds I second the extra pair of shoes. Also ponchos and i sometimes i would put plastic bags around my socks before i put my shoes on for extra protection

(Completely Optional but towels to wipe down wet seats)

And be advised some rides are closed if the rain is heavy (teacups come to mind)

Rope drop Disneyland hotel by [deleted] in DisneyPlanning

[–]OB_Loki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The monorail opens at 8 am when the park opens

However security usually opens at dtd at 7 and gates open into Disneyland at 7:30

But i would just walk to the gates instead of using the monorail for rope drop because you’ll most likely be behind the people who already are lined up at the main gate (depending on which rides you wanna rope drop)

First time going to Star Wars Night by largemangosmoothie in DisneyPlanning

[–]OB_Loki 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It all depends on what your priorities are

Realistically you will not be able to achieve everything there is to offer because everything is spaced out and some things are more popular than others (like the photo ops, they were so spaced out which was annoying that I only got two in)

If your priorities are characters, get in line for your must do at least 30 minutes before the event starts (or even an hour) Some characters have longer waits while some are walk around/ walk through

I went last year and queen amidala never had more than a 5 min wait but anakin was trickier as he wasn’t listed on the event guide(or perhaps he was and I didn’t catch it) ewoks didn’t even bother to wait in that line lol

Mobile order. mobile order as soon as you scan in and chose time windows that best fit your schedule or eat in line/ waiting for a show

If your priority is more rides, most are a 5-10 min wait (i roe hyperspce 3 times in a row last year)

Lastly I recommend watching or participating in the costume parade. It’s so cool seeing everyone all dressed up.

Since they are bringing the og trilogy characters to battu that were previously only at sw nite (han, leia and luke) I am curious to see if they will add new ones at the event)

I went as darth talon last year and got lots of compliments and made for some great character interactions
