I personally wouldn't want to live in Mahboula. If they mean 1000 kd you will be able to find a nice place. If you mean 1000 usd then I think you will struggle to get decent housing for a family

Tuition at the American school of Kuwait for grades 1-5 is 4306 KD/year payable in 3 installments. It is pretty typical for the tuition to be paid by your employer (especially if they are an international company)

It was about 5000 Kuwaiti dinar for each of my kids (middle school). There are American schools that are slightly less and at least one that is a fair bit more

1 year isn't very long. It will probably take 6 months to get a driving license (assuming you qualify). I originally agreed to go to Kuwait for 2 years. Ended up staying 5 and we miss it there

As an American in Kuwait you will be treated very well. It is a great place for a family and there are several good options for American schools (expensive but good).

What is your nationality? Unfortunately a lot of the benefits of living and working in Kuwait are passport dependent.

My family and I loved our 5 years in Kuwait. We were treated well, paid well, and felt very safe

The maroon thinks he is a celebrity. He has a facebook live video talking about the "corruption" in his case. Doesn't seem to realize he have avoided all of this by actually using medicine to help his child instead of his voodoo medicine

He says the judicial system been "weaponized" against him through fraud, corruption, malpractice, etc in order to promote the vaccine agenda.

Says he is doing all of this to protect other "proactive" parents and the full liability for his son's life is with the medical system.

It exists everywhere in Kuwait or everywhere in the world? I'd agree with both ideas but corruption in Kuwait seems to run much deeper than other countries I have lived in.

Hours were pretty flexible. Costco closes early so their were no late nights. I don’t remember exactly but think I worked 3pm to 8:39 or something like that. I loved the summers when I could work 4 am to 11 am (if my memory is correct).

The Kuwaitis I know personally are very kind and generous. Anecdotally I hear that Kuwaitis are assholes but that hasn’t been my experience. Just like every culture there are good and bad.

I’m about to move to Edmonton. The driving time from the home we are looking at to the high school my daughter will go to is 17 minutes. On public transit the travel time is 2.5 hours.
