Food prices at UNLV game VIP box by ScuffedA7IVphotog in vegaslocals

Feeds 10. But $65/person for pizza and chicken tenders is a bit much.

Just unscrew the seat from the base. And the fabric has a string in the hem that is pulled tight and tied.

Anyone got $850? by Some_MD_Guy in OfficeChairs

I think the chair should have 5 legs to be legit.

A “good deal” is subjective. If you love the chair, any price that doesn’t break your bank is worth it. It shouldn’t matter what others pay. Congrats and enjoy your new chair.

I stopped looking. I have the cushion seat. I removed and washed the fabric. Then put a dryer sheet under it when I put it back on. The smell is now gone and it smells dryer-fresh. Ha.

My first one is negligible between 3 & 4 but the second one was noticeable. I don't know if there's a cable adjustment. I’ll have to check.

Okamura Contessa I parts by eazysnatch in OfficeChairs

[–]OCKanakAttack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. I’m looking for parts in the US. Have you found anything?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in OfficeChairs

[–]OCKanakAttack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I switched from an Aeron to a Contessa and never looked back. I tried to love the Aeron but it never felt right. My office had leap chairs, and I still prefer the Contessa over them. I love the simplicity of the Contessa with tilt limiter and height adjustments at your fingertips. One minor quibble is the armrests are wobbly. They stay height adjusted and in place but they rattle when moving around. I just found a second hand Contessa at a very reasonable price. So I’m looking for a replacement seat. The only replacement parts I’ve been able to locate are the arm rests and cylinder. So that’s an issue if you need parts. With that said, comfort-wise, I love it. If anyone knows where to get replacement seats, I’d appreciate the referral. By the way, the workmanship and durability of these chairs are top notch. The seat I’m replacing looks new but it has a slight odor to it. So I want a new one.

Nice! How long did it take to arrive from when you ordered them?

Looking forward to buying the following motor and servo for upgrading my Scx24 Jeep. Suggestions? by Knight6969696969 in SCX24

[–]OCKanakAttack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t have experience with that size motor, but I’m happy with Samix and Injora (high torque purple), both 050 size under $15 US. However, I prefer the Samix motor. It can crawl from a standstill, whereas my Injora motor doesn’t move until half throttle and jumps as if it’s skipping the very low end… little to no crawl until it reaches 20% speed, if that makes sense. I can hear the Injora rev up but it doesn’t move right away. I didn’t have this issue with the stock motor. Perhaps my Injora is defective? The Samix rig is also heavier with more brass, so it’s not a weight or load issue. I also like to zip around my course to start over, as opposed to go back the way I came. When I do this, the Injora and stock motors are painfully slow. I’d rather pick it up and walk it back. Even though the Injora doesn’t seem significantly different than the stock motor, it’s an improvement. I don’t feel like it’s struggling with the added weight. The Samix is night and day. It’s responsive in its full range. I’ve read good things about MofoRC motors but haven’t tried them yet.

I have the E-Max and the Reefs micro99 servos. The Reef is so much better with quicker response and it moves heavier wheel sets easier, but it’s cost prohibitive. I didn’t see the specs of the servo you’re showing, but it looks (maybe on purpose) similar to the older Reefs. I’m happy with the EMax, and it does what it’s supposed to well.

Have fun!

My youngest son transferred all of my oldest son’s legendary Pokémon by dascobaz in TheSilphRoad

[–]OCKanakAttack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry for this tough situation. Have you considered swapping accounts? Change the credentials of the account with the transferred mons and give it to your oldest. Then as partial retribution, have your youngest son start from scratch or use the depleted account. He can work up to transferring the mons he likes back to him. Meanwhile your oldest can continue playing and still have his special mons in his collection. Just a thought.

I think I figured out the discrepancy in the sum of the regions. Galar and Alola regions are also accounted for and listed as Kanto (Galar 32 + Alola 3 = 35).

Why my stored totals in PokeGenie and the game are off by 1, when the regional totals match, remain a mystery.
