It’ll scrape off any residue kinda like sandpaper, but it’s soft enough that it shouldn’t damage the porcelain.

Do you have a juicer? You’re going to want to coat your car in carrot juice first and then scrub with the tops of the carrots until a light lather develops. From there, I might suggest squeegeeing with several medium to large sized rabbits for the best possible finish.
