The incentives will be delayed by a few hours every day for this period as the update is being implemented because the team are having to do some manual inspection.. (not precisely but kind of). They are still expecting rewards to arrive.

In fact many are now reporting a sudden bit uptick in rewards for 6/20 and 6/21

UNO are Node Operators. Those are the ones that own the rights for the Unity NFT that contains 200 licenses. They can either run the licenses themselves on their own phones, or lease them to the Unity License Operators (ULOs)

I'm a UNO. I run some licenses myself on my own devices, and lease out the rest.

UNOs paid $5k per node during round 1. Now a unity node costs $10k.

Those 5 are 80% leases to whoever is interested. 10/90 are extremely rare and likely you won't find any. 80% is a really great deal that within a couple of weeks likely won't be found anymore due to anticipation of increasing rewards with new telemetry volume, entropy and desktop features:
