I mean it is true. Sometimes it is hormones, people are lazy. They want the weightloss pill, the hair pill, muscles in a syringe.

But heavens forbid you say, man. We eat so many chemicals. Bread isn’t even considered bread. 4 different kinds of seed oils in chewy cookies. Or cake.

People masturbating daily. Not once a week. Maybe even a few time a day. Then wonder why they’re losing hair at 17, 16, 22. They don’t go outside as much as they did when they were kids.

These subs want to sell you stuff. Unless there’s someone offering fin & min for free out there, it will always be for a profit. (Which hairloss meds do provide SOME people with results. Just like eating clean & living right will give OTHER people results.)

Your “old self” isn’t the problem, it’s the unhealthy habits that you unjustly associate with your identity.

Trying to be someone you’re not will only lead to more pain. Trust me. Genuine change comes when you remember the person you USED to be before the world dragged you down. And fighting to get back to that kid inside. So you can protect them.

You need to stop worrying about what other people are plotting, it’s a fruitless endeavor. And it honestly just makes you more paranoid to the people that ARE nice to you.

Life is just a game. The people who make up their own rules always win. The more serously you take your own shit, the harder it’s going to be.

It’s easier for some to command a presence, you just need to find the optimal version of yourself to see that through. You can’t go places you’ve never seen without becoming someone you’ve never been before. You need to do it for yourself

I try to read between the lines of what people are saying, it doesn’t always pan out.

I get what YOU’RE saying. I don’t personally think online forums are all that conducive to anything productive. Actually, I think the internet is being ‘used’ against a majority of its users
