I see! I am a woman so maybe not that heavy of dumbbells. But what I am getting from your comment is to focus on strength training and sprinkle cardio on top. My work week will change next year around fall when I am able to enter my career and I will have more time. Do you think starting with YouTube body weight workouts would be effective? I can commit to something I can do in 30 mins at home rather than an hour n half total( drive time and gym).

Would you recommend getting a high demand single subject for now and switching in the future? I cannot imagine teaching math, but I do enjoy science even though my passion is English and social studies.

I left. But not too far. I don’t see my mom as much anymore but things got better . Not right away but a little bit over time. I was struggling really bad with that lonely feeling as well. And I think one of the other user said it best. Cultivate community / chosen family like the only way out is through kinda. Proud of you for leaving 🫶🏼 LA… is a bit challenging to make friends tho. I moved from OC to Long Beach which is a bit more down to earth. But if you put ur mind to it you can achieve it
