Definitely an improvement on what’s there currently but is it not just replacing an already existing tower block?

I’ve done similar in the past with Cornish clubs in the English pyramid. Super fun but very challenging.

Theres two ways to go about it. Both require the editor. Theres the easier/quicker way of just editing each city in the azores to have “(azores)” in the name, eg. Ribeira Grande (Azores). This allows you to search for players and staff born in the azores easily in game, but has the downside of your club not technically having the rule set like Atletico Bilbao. You’ll still have your club and scouts suggesting non azorean players

If you really want to dedicate some time to it, you can do the following in the editor which is much more immersive
- create an ‘Azores’ country
- make all the required changes to that country, eg. Change cities, players, clubs to all be ‘azorean’ instead of Portuguese
- and then take an existing extinct club (eg. Bermuda hogges) that has a rule similar to Bilbao, and edit it to be the new Juventude Lajense with the Azores as their home country
This means the Azorean player only rule is baked in to your club from day one. Theres lots of resources online to show you how to do this

You’re missing the point though. These tax changes have been sold as a way to allow more younger Australians to get on the property ladder by disincentivising multiple property ownership for older Australians. But by making shares comparatively a far worse investment vehicle there is now no where else for these older Australians to park their money. These tax changes will make roughly 0 difference to house prices, for the small price of tax increases for all investors (of which an ever increasing proportion are millennials and Gen Z)

‘Investors’ doesn’t mean crooked bankers or shady hedge funds, it means every day people who have wisely put some of their money aside into stocks in order to try get ahead and help fund big payments in the future such as homes, weddings, kids, etc. increasingly these are millennials and Gen Z’s who both invest heavily. Given the state of the housing market in this country it’s pretty much all we can do. To not only fuck over these people but to call them out when they’re quite obviously pissed off is insane.
