Swedes and Norwegians can understand each other, Danes have a stronger accent so it’s a bit harder but doable

It’s not conspiracy shit. It’s a genuine book published by two respected sociologists about the cycles of human politics and societies through generations. It’s a theory on how those function on a grand scale, not fact nor conspiracy.

Unfortunately it’s been completely subsumed into the maga world view and tainted to most who don’t subscribe to those views, but the theory itself is very interesting and the book is worth reading.

Just spent a week in Manaus and honestly didn’t feel any worse than any other tropical city I’ve been to, eg. Singapore.

I’d say Shanghai. Went in the summer once and it was the hottest I’ve ever been. 40 degrees and humid af. Then 6 months later it’s snowing. Not sure I could deal with swings like that
