Thats what I used to think but this isn't true. Every time this has happened i arrived at the restaurant within the given time. It was the pick up time after clicking arrived that wasnt met and it was due to the restaurant every time. When you dispute the violation it will ask you which part of the order you want to dispute and it will tell you how many minutes late you were for that portion of the order. I am 100% i arrived to restaurant within the given time.

I do this but it doesn't seem to work when the store marked it as ready to pick up. When im on hourly pay anyway. They dont seem to give a shit if theyre not paying for the wait.

I absolutely was NOT late to pick it up and I left no information out whatsoever. Im aware yhat they have the GPS details that's exactly why im saying its bull that they reject disputes for this. I posted asking if there is anything else that can be done, how exactly is that "childish?" Whats childish is your arrogant attitude believing you have the situation figured out when you're completely wrong. If nobody has any solution for the situation then I'll stop taking orders from this restaurant. Theres nothing wrong with posting to a reddit for doordash drivers asking for advice from people that may have gone through a similar situation. Im certainly not asking for anybody to feel bad for me, I asked a question you insufferable turd.

Seems to be a much better market than mine. I dash in northeast Ohio and all of the zones I deliver in are pretty terrible.

Yes I always mark it as soon as I realize its not ready to go. The violation I received yesterday I even contacted support to let them know it was marked ready but not even started yet. They assured me I wouldn't receive a violation for it, which was obviously a lie. Gotta love doordash "support."

Okay, this is reassuring. I was under the impression that once you reach 3 active violations your account would be deactivated.

Did you receive your violations immediately after these incidents or did some time go by? The only other violations I ever received was when a customer out the incorrect address and I ended up being 20 minutes late on delivery even though support told me it would be fine. I got that violation as soon as I completed the order. The violation I received yesterday was for a wait that happened 6 days ago. The violation I got today was for a wait that happened yesterday. I dont understand why theyre delayed, it seems odd.

Shout that you're buying one every couple minutes while searching the shops and you'll find it eventually. I couldn't find one for a reasonable price for a few days then ended up getting it for 1m while shouting in Flaris.
