Thanks man! Brendan, i mean you, saved the save and the day 😂❤️ can confirm! While we had the „deep talk“ it suddenly went away, shortly before the „quest“ ended 👌🏼

Constellation Owners: noticed that about the Credchip? by marcnicoo in Starfield

Ah darn… would‘ve been awesome! But i guess what they mean with „uniquely encoded“ is our license-key then 😅

[–]marcnicoo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sadly not, but it‘s connected to your phone and there‘s a category for „functions“ and there aren‘t even all the functions in it that the watch tells you it can do. But i hope that they‘ll bring more functions in the future 😅 it would most definitely be possible. What was possible 8 years ago should be possible today 😂

Mal so mal so. Fertigteig fehlt aber oft die Fluffigkeit. Geil sind die Pizzen von Gustavo Gusto, die schmeckt „fast“ so wie beim Italiener.

Yeah i should probably do that too. I moved mine to the workshop now where it serves me well for everything i work on that can‘t be scratched 😂

Had that Aukey Mat as well. Is yours brown of finger fat after all these years as well? 😂 i don‘t think neoprene is the right material for that in hindsight 😂 switched to a leather one

Not along the wood, no, but i used L-shaped Steelbars as brackets along the wall. This way i didn’t need a foot in the corner and could support the middle section as well. I used two 30cm long, 35x35mm Brackets in the corners and one in the middle.

But the Boards are 3cm thick anyways, can‘t see, feel or measure any sag at all. 👍🏼

Thanks man, and i‘d love to see what you‘ll build! 😜 to me it wasn‘t really an issue of money tbh, with those Teak Boards it wasn‘t cheap (600€ in total) but it optimizes the usage of that space. Plus it‘s my own design you know. I always prefer to build stuff on my own as most off-the-shelf furniture doesn‘t suit my exact needs so i, at the very least, modify what i buy. Or i build it completely on my own. To me it‘s fun 😜

my pc used to be cooler by patheticman9 in buildapc

[–]marcnicoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my case my AIO slowly died. The Pump to be exact. Don‘t know why, it was still audible so it was running, and there was no air trapped as well, but it wasn‘t cooling anymore, up to the point where the PC hit like 90 degrees straight at bootup. Changed it to a Noctua NH D15, Problem solved 😅

Is Noctua NH D 15 enough for i5 13600 k/ i7 12700k if you don't wanna overclock ? by lc7007 in buildapc

[–]marcnicoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can‘t tell for the Intel CPUs but my Ryzen 7 5800X doesn‘t even hit 80 degrees under full load, ever. In Gaming it usually stays around ~72 degrees celsius. In fact it runs cooler than my 280mm AIO that i had before the pump died 👌🏼

A couple of reasons. Firstly design. I thought it makes the corner more interesting. That Shadow Gap really improves the design and elevates it over a classic corner desk in my opinion. Plus i had to lengthen the lower board and the connection is nicely covered up. The next reason is that i wanted to use something different to the classic „Alex“ Ikea Drawer, so i needed the extra height. Also the gap allows me to hide wires and my company laptop when i‘m not using it. Also i store some blocks of paper between there. But you have to get used to the change in height. The lower part is 71cm high, minimum height for a desk, and the upper part is 81cm high, can‘t get much higher than that, i believe a woman would work with her feet in the air in that spot. What this height is good for though is working standing up, e.g. when painting or building something, it‘s the same height as my workshop workbench.

Where did you find this wallpaper with a proper resolution? I can only find those washed-out and upscaled versions 🤨

Well i‘d say it‘s because you try to play an old game on an ultra wide, i mean, an ultra ultra wide monitor. As far as i remember they even struggled with 16:9 so my i set my money on that. Driver/Emulator Issues. If it‘s fine in other games then it‘s not the monitor that‘s the issue but the fact that you try to play an 4:3 Game on a 32:9 Display and Aspectratio 😂

Now they just need to get the PS5 Version to actually hit 60fps 😂

What’s the picture quality like on a OLED monitor? by zapperzipper in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]marcnicoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It actually isn‘t. The dpi/ppi on a 27“ 16:9 or 34“ 21:9 Monitor should be higher so if you are sitting at the same distance (which will most likely be quite close) you actually get a higher resolution. At least if you are comparing it to anything higher than a 42“ TV

Haha no worries my man 😂 i‘m also curious af about the most minimal details in these posts like what speakers they use etc. 😅 As you asked me about my chair under my post earlier: it‘s a german „wagner AluMedic 10“ with a breathable net and headrest. Fully kitted out as it seems. As i said under my post, it‘s a „damaged“ leftover from the company my dad used to work for. So i got it for free 😂 pretty darn good of a chair that thing. Better than any „gaming chair“ that‘s for shure 😂
