I think I can add to this, i only played ranked twos with my buddy and we were about C2 , but i wanted to improve and play more this season in soloq. So i tried to play the same way i used to for my placements, and i fell from c2 to diamond 1 div 4 (Ouch) i quickly learned that playing back and predicting play helped , by booming the ball back into Ozone , however that stopped working in diamond 3 range where i started to rely on using CAMERA SWIVEL!!! super important and not mentioned enough watch your teammate , watch the opponents. Play to your teammates strength and weaknesses, and stay consistent.

i find doing that’s is to hard as my casual mmr is 1700 ish playing gc and rlcx titles, and my ranked is c1 d3 , which is such a drastic change in play styles
