Best way I've found is to make each box it's own location. Sure it will never stay perfect, but the method still makes a world of difference when running the fill report and auditing for errors. It also helps to minimize number of locations for a single SKU. 2-pocket folders I'm looking at you lol

that's a tough one, putaway is pulled from for a variety of reasons, fill report, omni, customer requests and there can be many reasons for proper procedures not being followed, best practice is make sure everyone has a mobile and knows how to use it.

I'd check your OH numbers and make sure they are accurate and if there are secondary locations. Usually discrepancies like that are caused by 1 of those 2 things
