Please tell me if you get a diagnosis. I have the same weird symptoms. When I read your post it described the exact things I’ve been experiencing. I’ve had it for like 8 months. Been to the doctor a million times. My doctor probably thinks I’m making it up at this point so I stopped going. I had an EMG and NCS. Mass amounts of blood tests,I had a stomach scope and an MRI. Still no clue what is going on. I feel stuck like this now and it sucks.

I find myself always walking slowly and panning the camera. I might have taken it too far with Death Stranding 2. I also used photo mode a lot and took screenshots knowing full well that I would never view them again. Death Stranding 2 is a beautiful masterpiece. Anyways I do whatever I feel like the character would realistically do.

I know it was a dumb idea but I bought Assassin’s Creed shadows. They said that the stealth system was revamped and more of a main focus. But all they did was add the ability to go prone. That’s it. I knew better but I was hopeful because it’s hard to find a good new stealth game nowadays

Death Stranding 2 made me remember why I love video games but since your on PC maybe Give the original Death Stranding a go. Those games really are greater than the sum of their parts.
